Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a qualified finance professional to own the end-to-end consolidation for McLaren Group Limited under FRS 102, with intercompany eliminations and IFRS reporting. You will provide hands-on accounting support across month-end close and group reporting.

Working with the Financial Control Team, you'll apply technical judgement, review journals and reconciliations, and help improve ERP processes while mentoring less-experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-entity group consolidation.
• Experience with FRS 102 and IFRS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidation of McLaren Group Limited accounts under FRS 102.
• Prepare and review consolidation journals and intercompany eliminations with audit trail.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across group entities.
• Support consolidated financial statements and IFRS disclosures including complex areas.
• Provide month-end close support: journals, accruals, prepayments.
• Produce balance-sheet reconciliations and control accounts review.
• Assist statutory reporting and external audit with schedules and working papers.
• Follow Group policies under FRS 102 and escalate judgement areas.
• Prepare Group reporting to shareholders considering IFRS conversion.
• Support ERP improvements and data validation.
