Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. You will own the financial consolidation of McLaren Group Limited and provide accounting support across the Financial Control Team for McLaren Racing Limited.

Responsibilities include intercompany eliminations under FRS 102, month-end close, and IFRS reporting. You’ll train and guide colleagues while ensuring accuracy and audit readiness of schedules and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial consolidation of McLaren Group Limited under FRS 102.
• Prepare consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations and schedules with audit trail.
• Own intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across Group entities.
• Support consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and IFRS reporting.
• Provide month-end close support, including journals and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Assist statutory reporting and external audit with accurate schedules and working papers.
