Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Foreman - Groundworks in Nottingham to lead day-to-day groundworks operations. ASAP start, ongoing work, and an outside IR35 engagement are offered.

You will supervise gangs, labour, plant and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to specification. Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate foundations, drainage and external works on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Groundworks Foreman experience.
• Strong groundworks subcontractor background.
• Experience supervising gangs and site teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day groundworks activities.
• Manage gangs, labour, plant and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification.
• Coordinate foundations, drainage, concrete works, ducting, slabs and external works.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality and productivity across the site.
