Job summary

Belectric UK, part of Elevion Group, is seeking an experienced Grid Engineer to support ICP subcontracts and Customer Substations. You will develop technical specifications and drawings, lead design processes for DNO approvals, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 33kV/132kV design experience, strong stakeholder network, and a proactive, safety‑minded approach in a renewables environment.

Qualifications

• Project management knowledge and experience.
• Experience interacting with DNOs/TSOs and ICPs.
• Strong network of connections in DNOs/ICPs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specs, drawings and docs for ICP subcontracts and Customer Substations.
• Lead ICP design process to meet DNO approvals and contract requirements.
• Provide leadership with DNOs/TSOs and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure equipment meets grid code requirements and is optimised.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering to deliver grid scope on time.
