Job summary

LSEG in London seeks a Senior Analyst to help develop and operate the foundation of its Technology & Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance model. The role focuses on translating regulatory obligations into actionable standards and controlling language across Technology and Cyber Security.

You will work with technology and cyber specialists to close gaps, improve mapping, and enhance traceability and reporting, while maintaining human review and accountability.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Technology or Cyber GRC, IT /Cyber Audit, or Risk Management within a complex organisation.
• Understanding of implementing Cyber and Technology controls including taxonomy and design, control objectives and description creation (5W1H).
• Experience in writing, reviewing and updating Cyber Security standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the unified Technology & Cyber control library and standards including taxonomy, objectives, descriptions, ownership and evidence expectations.
• Translate regulatory obligations and industry frameworks into clear standards and controls; identify gaps and support roadmaps for improvement.
• Draft and refine standards, controls, implementation guidance, evidence requirements and reusable templates for control owners.
• Lead governance forums, present changes and prepare approval materials with traceability of decisions.
