You’ll port existing C/C++ games to a new platform, ensuring visuals, performance and player experience match the originals, collaborating with QA and using Claude Code to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ with memory management and debugging.
• Experience porting games or software to new platforms.
• Graphics programming with DirectX and/or OpenGL.
• Ability to document processes and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Port existing C/C++ game titles as part of a porting programme.
• Write clean, efficient C/C++ code following standards and release processes.
• Analyse codebases to identify dependencies and implement port changes.
• Verify ported titles match original performance and behavior.
• Establish a repeatable porting process with documentation.
• Oversee engineers porting titles and provide technical guidance.
• Use Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate analysis and testing.
• Take ownership of components and deliver to timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with QA.
