Job summary

Kpler is seeking a senior graphic designer to take creative work from concept to final delivery, combining graphic design and motion to bring data, expertise, and stories to life across campaigns, reports, events, and digital channels. You will lead high‑impact projects, collaborate with Brand Marketing, Data Visualisation and Product Design, and elevate the brand with a bold creative vision.

The role requires a strong portfolio, expert Adobe CC skills, and the ability to translate complex B2B

Qualifications

• Senior-level design portfolio demonstrating original thinking, strong craft, and end-to-end execution across multiple formats.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, visually engaging communications.
• Experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and static designs for campaigns, OOH, digital, print and events.
• Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries without breaking consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects end-to-end: take responsibility for thinking, craft, and execution across global campaigns, reports, events, social content, and digital channels.
• Translate complex data into compelling stories: turn intricate market data and technical concepts into clear visual narratives.
• Lead multi-format visual design: drive ambitious work across digital, print, OOH, and events.
• Inject strong creative vision: shape core strategic ideas beyond decorating briefs.
• Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with Brand Marketing, Communications, Data Visualisation, and Product Design.
• Evolve and champion the brand: protect visual credibility while pushing creative boundaries.
• Mentor and elevate the team: provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers.
