About Our Client

They work closely within FF&E, Art Consultancy, and Interior Design to provide a holistic approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Present to clients at steering committee meetings
• Manage projects efficiently, adhering to program and budget
• Show leadership in managing project schedules and timelines
• Proactively manage deadlines and client expectations
• Brief and manage the graphics team on live projects, including sign-off for project time logs
• Support team members, delegate lower-priority work, and maintain team budgeted hours
• Recommend concepts, designs, and art directions for various graphics and signage solutions
• Understand client briefs creatively and ensure high-quality design output

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to create and develop signage & graphics conceptual designs and drawings
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Good spatial awareness and understanding of architectural drawings
• Efficient time and workflow management skills
• Project management experience with familiarity in reporting and documentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level designers
• Proficiency in Keynote & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of FF&E selection is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Capability to visualize and explain concepts to others
• Willingness to visit sites and collaborate with subcontractors and clients
• Focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
