Job summary

END. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the London creative team. You will work with the Head of Creative to shape the visual direction for campaigns and drive design across social, CRM, homepage and store environments.

The role requires taking ownership from concept to final delivery and leading brand activations with a strong eye for typography and imagery. You will build flexible design systems, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure consistency of the creative idea across paid

Qualifications

• Around five years+ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, retail, culture, publishing or an agency working with similar clients.
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and development of campaign ideas into finished visual systems.
• Experience owning campaign briefs from pre-shoot planning through cross-channel rollout to final delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with understanding of responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual direction with the Head of Creative and translate concepts into campaign identity across social, CRM, homepage and retail touchpoints.
• Turn creative direction and imagery into a flexible design system and act as main design contact across teams.
• Lead campaign design projects and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Social, CRM, Digital and Production for timely delivery.
