Job summary

Springboard Success is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to take creative ownership across multiple ecommerce brands. The role offers one day per week in the Henley-on-Thames office and the remainder remote, with autonomy on brand visuals from concept to execution.

You will develop packaging, product imagery, and brand identities, and craft ads for paid social, email, and display across channels, using AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional graphic design experience in ecommerce or fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio across digital design, branding, product imagery and packaging.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced image editing and retouching to produce commercial visuals.
• Ability to develop brand identities across multiple brands and touchpoints.
• Experience designing for Amazon listings and ecommerce channels.

Responsibilities

• Design product imagery, infographics and visuals for Amazon listings.
• Create packaging and product design assets from concept to print-ready.
• Develop and evolve brand identities across multiple ecommerce brands.
• Produce creative for paid ads, social, email and marketing channels.
• Translate ideas into clear, conversion-focused design.
• Manage multiple projects across five brands with independent delivery.
• Establish and maintain brand visual guidelines.
• Review and improve existing creatives for quality and performance.
• Use AI tools to support idea generation and efficiency.
