The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues, with experience in design strategy, performance analysis, and familiarity with HTML email and web tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver design assets for go-live across channels (email, print, social, outdoor, digital).
• Liaise with stakeholders, external partners and media to produce marketing creative.
• Scope briefs, solve design challenges, and drive commercial performance through creative work.
• Analyse feedback and optimize campaigns; assist in channel tests and iterations.
