Ayming UK is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in UK grant funding to join our dynamic team in London. You will engage C-Level stakeholders, identify grant opportunities, and coordinate applications across our delivery teams to drive the Grants offering.

You will maintain CRM data, forecast performance, and stay ahead of funding trends, collaborating with marketing to craft compelling pitches for potential clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or equivalent senior role.
• 3-5+ years direct experience of innovation projects.
• Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent.
• Dependable and mature in client engagements.
• Highly organized with autonomous pipeline management.
• Excellent communication to build client relationships.
• Proactive self-starter with strategic lead generation.
• Strong network with ability to connect and grow relationships.
