Ayming UK is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in UK grant funding to join our London team. You will lead client engagements, shape grant strategies, and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle.

The role requires senior relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams. London-based with substantial client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or senior sales roles with a track record of generating new business.
• 3–5+ years direct experience on innovation projects, R&D, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or academic equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Engage C-Level stakeholders and key decision-makers to promote Ayming’s Grants offering throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and qualify new grant funding opportunities aligned with client innovation or growth strategies.
• Assist in coordinating or advising on grant application processes with internal delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage forecasting and performance reporting.
• Stay current on funding trends and regulations to act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to develop pitch materials and campaign strategies.
