The post holder is an experienced general practice pharmacist working with a team of GreenLight pharmacists in general practice, supported by GPs and the GL@GP Director. They will lead clinical pharmacy services, drive medicines optimisation, and coordinate training for junior staff to improve patient care and GP workload management.

Qualificações

• Clinical knowledge, skills and experience required.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.
• Education and development roles expected.

• Oversee repeat prescribing and medicines reconciliation.
