Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general medical service to registered patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Consult with and manage patients, including home visits when clinically necessary.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to the wider clinical team.
• Manage telephone and virtual consultations for patients.
• Carry out telephone triage as needed.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to data recording and audit.
