Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board seeks a Salaried GP for Meddygfa Penrhyn/Peninsula Practice in Solva. The role offers leadership within a multi-disciplinary team and a mix of face-to-face and remote consultations within a large NHS network.

Qualifications

• Broad based experience within the specialty area.
• Evidence of keeping up to date with current research and best practice.
• Welsh Speaker (Level 1).
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality general medical service to registered patients of the practice.
• Provide consultation and clinical management of patients including home visits when necessary.
• Provide leadership, clinical oversight and direction to the clinical team.
• Provide telephone and/or virtual consultation and appropriate management.
• Undertake telephone triage as needed.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to data recording and audit.
