Job summary

• Experience leading clinical teams in a primary care setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audits, and safeguarding.
• Ability to implement quality improvement and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead on GP/ACP incidents, complaints and significant event analysis.
• Line management and clinical leadership of salaried GPs and ACPs/ANPs.
• Lead recruitment and induction of GPs and ACPs.
• Support safeguarding processes and maintain high standards of care.
• Engage in organisational work and contribute to policy development.
