Arbour Housing is recruiting a Senior Corporate Services Officer to own key corporate functions, strengthen governance and ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee governance, HR coordination, policy management, audits and reporting, driving continuous improvement.

This newly created permanent role offers scope to shape processes, deliver dashboards and support growth within Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• A third-level qualification with experience in HR, governance, or corporate assurance.
• Knowledge of quality systems, audit practices or working within a regulated environment.
• Strong administration, organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel,Pivot tables and charts.
• A full driving licence and access to suitable transport or alternative arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee corporate policies and procedures for compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Support governance arrangements, including board reporting and corporate records management.
• Coordinate HR-related processes with external provider on policies, recruitment and statutory reporting.
• Lead on compliance, quality assurance and process improvements across the organisation.
• Support corporate risk management, audits and assurance reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPIs to support senior management and Board decisions.
• Coordinate corporate communications with external PR provider and support wider projects.
