Job summary

Trust In SODA is partnering with a fast-growing tech start-up building a high-performance Go-based platform for open-source routing. We are seeking a Senior or Staff Go Engineer who loves tackling deep technical challenges and shipping high-throughput code.

You will own core platform components, drive architecture, and collaborate with product and customer engineering teams. This fully remote role requires strong English and may involve occasional travel. CET time-zone alignment is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior or Staff Golang experience in ownership or lead capacity.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment with strong English communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (twice a year).

Responsibilities

• Own core platform components and open-source codebases for performance and scalability.
• Develop backend Go features and architecture.
• Collaborate with product and customer engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
