Job summary

Bezos is seeking a senior software engineer to help build our AI-native fulfillment platform. You’ll own core services end‑to‑end, work with Go and React, and mentor other engineers while shaping how we ship scalable, reliable software.

You’ll collaborate with a small team in a remote‑first setup, joining a fast-moving startup that applies AI tools daily to accelerate development. Remote work with periodic in‑person catchups and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior software engineering role, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong backend fundamentals and deep Go experience or a strong systems background with drive to master Go fast.
• Extensive experience with AWS, event-driven architecture and serverless infrastructure like AWS Lambda.
• Fluent designing and building RESTful APIs, with a solid grasp of microservice and serverless architectures.
• AI-native – you already use AI-powered dev tools and are excited to build with them daily.

Responsibilities

• Own core services end‑to‑end, from architectural design through deployment, monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming and design discussions.
• Build with AI, using modern AI-powered dev tools to ship faster and set coding standards.
