Job summary

Unity Diagnostics team leads the live-ops data platform, building ingestion, pipelines, storage, and dashboards used by developers to observe games at scale. You will design end-to-end systems, implement high-quality Go services, and champion AI-assisted reviews while collaborating with Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Go in high-throughput services.
• Senior-level judgment with cross-cutting design experience and mentoring.
• Hands-on fluency with agentic AI workflows and coding agents.
• Experience designing for NoSQL/OLAP data stores (ClickHouse a plus).
• Excellent collaboration across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and dashboards.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services handling attacker-controlled inputs at scale.
• Raise the bar on code review and AI-assisted output review.
• Partner with Data, IAP, Unity Profiler, DevX, Analytics for production-ready integrations.
• Mentor engineers, share patterns, decompose complex problems.
