Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our Group Tax team in a senior role with exposure across the business. You will strengthen compliance, manage risk and build practical transfer pricing frameworks across jurisdictions.

The role offers the chance to apply technical TP knowledge, influence how TP operates, and establish robust governance in a global fintech. You will work with internal teams and external advisers in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• A professional tax or accounting qualification (ACA, CTA, CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
• Strong transfer pricing experience, ideally with Big Four or professional services and in‑house exposure.
• Commercial, pragmatic application of technical tax knowledge at pace.
• Knowledge of tax processes, controls and end‑to‑end tax systems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams across jurisdictions.
• Collaborative, adaptable style with curiosity and resilience in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted senior contact for transfer pricing, partnering with Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations and external advisers.
• Own transfer pricing processes, filings and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage complex cross-border arrangements, ensuring they are compliant, commercially aligned and well governed.
• Support audits, manage risk, and work with advisers and tax authorities where required.
• Improve handovers, governance and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate transfer pricing activity.
