Job summary

John Crane, a global leader in rotating equipment solutions, is seeking a senior Regulatory Compliance Lead in the UK. You will oversee product regulatory requirements, monitor global trends, and drive cross-functional implementation of new and revised regulations across products, processes, and documentation.

You will coordinate audits, guide internal stakeholders, and ensure SDSs and labeling are accurate and up to date, supporting inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry or related discipline preferred.
• Significant relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and preparation of internal and external audits and compliance activities.
• Provide senior-level guidance on product regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Monitor, track, and interpret global regulatory developments and translate them into practical actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulations into processes, products, and documentation.
• Author product-related SDS, labeling programs, and documentation; support regulatory submissions.
