Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a senior Pay Equity professional to lead global pay equity analyses and support compliance with evolving pay transparency and gender pay regulations. This UK-based role collaborates with Compensation, HR, Legal, and People Analytics to ensure fair, defensible pay practices across multiple regions.

The senior individual contributor will work independently on complex issues, translating regulatory requirements into scalable processes while mentoring

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in pay equity or compensation analytics.
• Deep knowledge of pay transparency regulations in US/UK/EU.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pay equity analyses and robust modelling.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal processes.
• Identify pay equity risks and support remediation and governance.
• Develop and document pay equity methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Prepare data-driven insights for senior leaders and legal reviews.
• Mentor colleagues on complex pay equity topics.
