Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Swindon, UK, is seeking a Staff HR Systems Analyst to support, configure, and maintain our HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software.

You will work with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable integrations and process improvements, applying strong analytical skills and HR data knowledge. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of HR data structures, payroll, time management, and integrations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI).
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and data-related issues.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HR and payroll system functionality, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Support payroll, workforce management, and core HR processes across multiple regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, payroll, and integration-related issues.
• Support integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and projects.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, release management, and change implementation activities.

Job Description

The Staff HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the organization's HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems, integrations, and business‑critical processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, a deep understanding of HR processes and data, and experience working with system configuration, reporting, payroll, time management, and integrations. The role requires a collaborative and consultative approach to delivering reliable technology solutions and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software applications.
