Job summary

Texel Group is expanding its Operations team in London and seeks a Senior Operations Analyst with strong invoicing and policy management experience. You will liaise with Brokers, Clients and Insurers to create invoices and work packages, and ensure processes are followed.

You will work with Lloyd’s systems (ECF/IMR), CRD rules, and Excel, supporting delivery, data management and performance reporting while collaborating with global broking teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lloyd’s of London systems (ECF/IMR) and submitting complex policies.
• Knowledge of London Market CRD and ensuring documentation reflects it.
• Process Lloyd’s of London submissions against the SLA and follow up.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Team player focused on delivery and detail.
• Proactive with a pragmatic approach to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Brokers, Clients and Insurers to create and maintain Invoices and Work Packages.
• Ensure internal processes and controls are observed.
• Support and drive the usage of proper tools and systems for Policy Management.
