Texel Group is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support our growing team in London. You will handle invoicing, processing and policy documentation while liaising with brokers, clients and insurers.

The role offers exposure to Lloyd’s systems (ECF/IMR) and expanding responsibilities across global broking teams. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Lead and join a dynamic, delivery-focused team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lloyd’s systems (ECF/IMR) and submission processes.
• Proficient in invoice creation, processing and policy documentation.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Invoices and Work Packages with Brokers, Clients and Insurers.
• Observe internal processes and controls to ensure accuracy.
• Support and drive usage of policy management tools and systems.
