Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the future of talent and business performance on a global stage? Our client — a world-renowned organisation with a high-impact culture — is looking for a Global Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership and deliver a bold people agenda across international business functions, for an immediate FTC vacancy.

In this role, you will:

Partner with Global Function Heads and their leadership teams to drive HR strategy and transformation

Lead workforce planning, succession, and organisational design in a fast-moving, matrixed environment

Use data and insight to influence performance, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee experience

Shape and embed global people processes including talent acquisition, reward, and leadership development

Act as a trusted advisor on people strategy, ER issues, and business growth

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience as a senior HRBP in a global, matrixed, partnership or law firm experience

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at the highest levels

Expertise in talent management, organisational design, and strategic change

Ability to use data and insight to shape decision-making
