Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead planning and execution of EMEA events, including customer, partner and executive gatherings.

You will own the full lifecycle—from strategy and budgeting to on-site delivery—ensuring high standards and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Sr Director EMEA Marketing, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage vendors and travel, and analyse performance to inform future activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event management experience in a technology or corporate environment.
• Proven end-to-end management of large-scale events including multi-national user conferences.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Experience with in-person and hybrid event delivery, including AV production.
• Negotiating vendor contracts and managing agencies, venues, production partners.
• Independent work style with strong time and task management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EMEA third party and hosted events aligned to GTM strategy.
• Build comprehensive project plans with outcomes, responsibilities, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales to align participation and audiences.
• Coordinate sponsorship activation, speaker participation, executive engagement and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with organisers, venues, budgets, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Evaluate performance against objectives; capture pipeline impact and lessons learned.
• Support planning of EMEA conferences with cross-team collaboration.
• Shape strategy, audience journey, agenda, and success measures.
• Define end-user experience for hosted events across practitioners to C-suite.
