Live Recruitment is seeking a Senior Event Manager - International Conferences & Summits to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-profile international conferences and summits. The role is a fixed-term contract with a hybrid work pattern (2 days in the office) designed to combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery.

You will own end-to-end delivery, sponsorship relationships, budgets and timelines, while collaborating with commercial, marketing and customer experience

Competenze

• Experience in B2B events is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple international conferences and summits.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of international conferences and summits.
• Develop event delivery plans, timelines and operational frameworks.
• Manage sponsor relationships and ensure commercial commitments are met.
• Oversee budgets and cost control across concurrent events.
• Build relationships with venues, suppliers, speakers and partners.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and customer experience teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members through delivery workstreams.
