Job summary

Royall, a premier events and internal comms agency in the Midlands, seeks an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale, high-budget events across the UK and internationally.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive creative content, with hybrid working (3 days in the office) from Warwickshire.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in event management, strong financial oversight, and a commitment to quality, compliance, and client success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of event management experience, including international, high-budget projects.
• Proven track record delivering live events and internal comms in an agency setting.
• Strong leadership with ability to resource and develop project teams.
• Creative and production savvy with experience managing content and assets.
• Robust budget management and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production and delivery of large-scale events.
• Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Steer content strategy, video/film and live presentations aligned with client strategy.
• Manage full project budgets, cash flow and post-event reconciliations.
• Ensure quality and compliance including Health & Safety and GDPR.
• Support growth by assisting with pitches and new business opportunities.
