Job summary

Fresh Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of international summits, conferences and exhibitions for a portfolio of global clients. You’ll be a solutions-focused team player who’s already earnt their stripes, agency-side or in-house, and you’ll own delivery end to end with a commercial mindset.

You’ll join a close-knit account team, work alongside the Senior Account Director, and guide the day-to-day work of the Senior Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mid-large scale event projects from brief to delivery.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, logistics and suppliers.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience guiding junior team members and briefing/delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of international summits, conferences and exhibitions.
• Manage budgets, logistics, suppliers and risk to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead on-site delivery at events across the UK and internationally.
• Coach and review work of junior team members and support growth.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide clear updates and escalation when needed.
• Travel internationally as required and maintain seamless client service.
