What You'll Be Doing

• You will lead, mentor, and support a medium to large project team, ensuring continual growth and high performance.
• You will manage and deliver complex, large‑scale events, taking ownership of all logistical and operational elements from concept to completion.
• You will develop and build strong partnerships with clients and suppliers, identifying opportunities for business growth and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
• You will prepare and present proposals, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts for successful, cost‑effective event delivery.
• You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement of company processes and operations.
• You will oversee post‑event evaluation, gather feedback, and generate comprehensive reports to inform future improvements.

What We're Looking For

• You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You will have experience delivering complex, high‑value events, with at least 6 years in a fast‑paced agency or similar environment.
• You will be a natural leader with proven people management skills, capable of guiding and motivating project teams to consistently exceed expectations.
• You will possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing operational budgets and supplier partnerships.
• You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with outstanding presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced in building delegate registration websites through platforms such as Cvent.
• You will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solutions‑focused mindset, ready to manage challenges with a positive attitude.
