IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead high-impact, integrated research projects for global pharmaceutical clients. You will act as day-to-day project lead, work with stakeholders across geographies, and deliver actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and business outcomes.

You will guide proposal development, nurture client relationships, and drive opportunities for repeat, long-term partnerships while mentoring junior staff and coordinating onshore/offshore teams.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or market research
• Strong experience in primary market research methodologies
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent client management and senior stakeholder influence
• Experience supporting business development and proposals
• Fluent in English; international and cross-functional work helpful
