Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Budgets Specialist to own complex site-level budgeting and contract terms across domestic and international studies. You will navigate sponsor and CRO relationships, interpret study protocols, and ensure budgeting accuracy and defensibility.

The role requires deep site-operational knowledge, strong negotiation instincts, and a track record of resolving complex financial challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of site-side clinical research budgeting or trial finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and negotiation of site budgets and payment terms for high-value studies.
• Interpret study protocols and schedules to build accurate, defensible budgets.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, site leadership and finance to resolve issues.
