Managing Consultant - Marketing, HR & Commercial roles within FMCG & Consumer
SENIOR GLOBAL BRAND MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute both short- and long-term global marketing strategies that align with overarching business objectives, evolving consumer behaviors, and regional growth opportunities.
- Innovation & Product Development: Partner with product development teams to identify whitespace and trend-driven innovation opportunities. Own the development of concepts, benefit frameworks, positioning, and brand storytelling for new and existing product lines.
- Integrated Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels—including digital, retail, influencer, PR, and experiential—to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presence.
- Consumer Journey Optimization: Design and refine integrated consumer journeys to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion, leveraging insights from CRM, social platforms, and omnichannel touchpoints.
- Content & Digital Strategy: Direct the development of impactful brand and campaign content that resonates with key target audiences, including digitally native, wellness-focused, and beauty-conscious consumers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central liaison across global teams, local marketing, product development, R&D, supply chain, and agency partners to ensure flawless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Agency & Partner Oversight: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure strategic alignment, high-quality deliverables, and efficient execution across all marketing touchpoints.
- Talent & Ambassador Management: Oversee the negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing management of talent partnerships, including brand ambassadors, creators, and celebrity collaborators.
- Category & Portfolio Growth: Collaborate with regional teams to scale key product lines and expand market relevance through consumer insights, advocacy programs, and performance-driven marketing.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in global marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience with product launches, global marketing strategies, and consumer-centric content development.
- Demonstrated success managing creative agencies and negotiating contracts for talent and brand partners.
- Familiarity with both prestige retail and direct-to-consumer environments.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Highly creative and strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic and deep understanding of brand building.
- Deep knowledge of global consumer trends, particularly around beauty
- Strong business acumen: experience with forecasting, P&L, value analysis, and international pricing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Passionate about sustainability, skincare innovation, and modern beauty ideals (inclusive, diverse, body-positive).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and digital asset platforms.
- Familiarity with digital and social analytics platforms is a plus.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
