Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Global Senior Brand Manager to join our Peroni Nastro Azzurro Global Brand Team, based in London. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager – Peroni Nastro Azzurro, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing world-class global brand and communication strategies.

This role is suited for a highly collaborative, strategically minded, and execution-focused marketer with proven end-to-end production and brand-building experience across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Transformation:
Support the development of a long-term global brand strategy and transformative positioning for Peroni Nastro Azzurro to enhance brand equity and drive global commercial performance.

Creative Production Leadership:
Lead and manage high-value production processes (EUR 1M+ budgets) from pre-production to post, ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful brand assets.

Communication Strategy Development:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to create a unified, insight-driven communication strategy across brand, media, and culture.

Experiential Leadership – House of Peroni Nastro Azzurro (HoPNA):
Own the reinvention and global rollout of this experiential platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's identity and inspires market-level activations.

Omnichannel & Trade Marketing:
Translate masterbrand identity into engaging omnichannel trade tools, including Scuderia Ferrari x PNA 0.0 toolkits, and refresh on-trade ambassador programs in collaboration with Global Trade Marketing.

Key Accountabilities

Develop global brand assets and toolkits across ATL, BTL, PR, Events, Digital, and Trade.

Act as the central point of contact for markets, building capabilities and ensuring toolkit consistency.

Lead brand performance tracking and ensure alignment with local commercial plans.

Build strong relationships with local markets, creative and media agencies, and key customers.

Ensure timely delivery of market-ready brand materials aligned with global strategy.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

Significant experience in high-budget (EUR 1M+) creative production and experiential marketing.

International work or life experience with an understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior.

Strong commercial acumen with a delivery-focused mindset.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.

Generalist marketing profile with demonstrated expertise in strategic and operational brand management.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Empathetic and culturally aware with strong stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to on-time, in-full execution.

Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial objectives.

Italian language skills are a plus but not required.
