Qualifications

• Managerial experience within the NHS and governance frameworks.
• Commitment to training and teaching of junior medical staff and other health professionals.
• Ability to work in flexible and changing hospital patterns.
• Record of Audit activity contributing to clinical governance and service development.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of Consultants in Ageing & Complex Medicine delivering acute and sub-acute elderly care.
• Contribute to specialist clinics (Stroke, Falls, Dementia, Parkinson’s disease) and MDT meetings.
• Support education, research and CPD within the department and with Edge Hill University affiliations.
• Provide care across in-patient and day-service settings with flexible working arrangements.
