Job summary

TGS Site Characterization seeks a Senior Geoscientist to lead geoscience delivery for Offshore Wind, Site Survey and Carbon Storage projects in the UK. You will act as Geoscience Manager on assigned projects, coordinating multi-sensor activities and serving as the main technical contact for clients and teams.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to standards and best practices, and support bids and client engagement while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level geoscience expertise in offshore contexts.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary geoscience teams and client interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the geoscience workstream from conception through delivery and closeout.
• Coordinate priorities and task allocation for the project geoscience team.
• Provide technical management and mentoring of junior geoscientist colleagues.
• Manage interfaces with other departments to support efficient project delivery.
• Lead preparation of integrated interpretations and geoscience deliverables for clients.
