Civic Earth is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer/Engineering Geologist to join the Leeds team. You will lead project teams, manage design work, and engage with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role involves mentoring juniors and contributing to bids, with a focus on geotechnical and geoenvironmental reporting.

Hybrid working with a flexible approach and a strong emphasis on CPD, collaboration, and delivering value to clients and communities across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil/Geotechnical engineering or similar.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership with ICE, GeolSoc or IES.
• Strong design experience in a commercial environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor project teams across grades from Graduate to Senior Engineer.
• Engage with clients, collaborators and stakeholders to meet quality and time targets.
• Monitor project profitability and assist in resource and billing planning.
• Develop graduates and engineers; identify training needs and tool requirements.
• Prepare and present to clients and stakeholders; support bid opportunities.
