Job summary

Travis Baker, an RSK Group company, is seeking a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to take technical ownership of projects from our Halesowen office. You will design, manage and deliver desk studies, site investigations, risk assessments and remediation strategies while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' geo-environmental consultancy experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK contaminated land legislation and risk assessment frameworks (LCRM, BS10175, NHBC Standards).
• Demonstrated project leadership and budget management; strong report-writing and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and deliver desk studies, site investigations, risk assessments and remediation strategies.
• Prepare and check high-quality technical reports and drawings for regulators and clients.
• Provide technical input on contaminated land, waste, groundwater risk assessments and geotechnical matters.
• Manage projects from quotation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
• Contribute to proposals and identify opportunities for additional work.
