Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our Land Quality and Remediation team in Leeds, delivering high profile geo-environmental and ground investigation projects across the UK.

You’ll lead design and management of ground investigations, risk assessments and remediation strategies, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities for wider UK and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering UK geo-environmental projects.
• Knowledge of UK contaminated land legislation and planning guidance.
• Experience designing, supervising and managing site investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of geo-environmental projects from initial assessment to remediation and validation.
• Provide project and technical leadership within the team.
• Manage client relationships and assist with proposals and fee preparation.
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants.
• Undertake desk-based work alongside site supervision and monitoring across the UK.
