Job summary

SLR's busy Land Quality team in Leeds is expanding, inviting candidates with geo-environmental site investigations and reporting experience to join at Project, Senior or Associate grade.

The role involves leading fieldwork, data handling, and preparing client reports across built environment, industry, infrastructure and energy sectors, with you contributing to a multi-disciplinary team in a multinational consultancy. Hybrid working and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in geo-environmental site investigations and reporting.
• A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geoscience, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience managing fieldwork and coordinating site investigation contractors.
• Knowledge of contaminated land and geo-environmental assessment practices.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation and technical reporting skills.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements for site-based work.
• A driving licence that permits you to legally drive in the UK, as regular site visits will be required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage project tasks, fieldwork and data manipulation.
• Assist in preparing subsequent client reports.
