Senior Generative AI Engineer (C grade)

Our multidisciplinary team tackles complex issues, delivering data insights, AI models, and impactful stories.

Role Overview:
We seek a Senior GenAI Engineer to contribute to developing and deploying generative AI models, support project delivery, and collaborate on impactful AI solutions. You will design AI systems, manage teams, and ensure secure integration while adhering to data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement generative AI models, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and create PoCs and MVPs that drive business impact.
2. Client Project Delivery & Team Management: Support project delivery, mentor team members, and work with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
3. Coding & Implementation: Develop and optimize models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deploy in cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and CI/CD practices.
4. Data Management & Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance in AI projects.
5. Business Development & Practice Building: Identify AI opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to expanding KPMG’s AI capabilities.
6. Ethical and Secure AI deployment: Ensure compliance with data governance and ethical standards, and develop guidelines for secure data handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields preferred. Certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
• Work Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML, with expertise in generative AI, LLMs like GPT, BERT, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Skills: Proficient in designing and coding generative AI models, prompt engineering, model optimization, cloud deployment, version control, and data engineering tools. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
