Senior Generative AI Engineer (C grade)

Role Overview:

KPMG UK seeks a Senior GenAI Engineer to develop, deploy, and support generative AI models, collaborate on client projects, and ensure AI solutions are integrated securely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development: Design and implement generative AI models, collaborate on PoCs and MVPs, and deliver impactful AI projects.
2. Client Project Delivery & Team Management: Support project execution, mentor team members, and translate client needs into technical solutions.
3. Coding & Implementation: Develop AI models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deploy in cloud environments, ensuring integration and version control.
4. Data Management & Integration: Work with data teams to ensure data quality, security, and seamless integration into pipelines.
5. Business Development & Practice Building: Identify AI opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to expanding AI capabilities.
6. Ethical and Secure AI deployment: Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical standards in AI projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred; relevant experience also valued.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, with expertise in generative AI, LLMs like GPT and BERT, and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficient in AI model design, cloud deployment, version control, and data engineering tools.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
