Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with regulatory and commercial capability.
• Extensive experience with EPC, EPCI, construction, engineering or O&M contracts.
• Proven track record advising on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience managing external legal advisers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused legal advice on key project decisions.
• Embed legal considerations into business, procurement and technical decisions.
• Oversee legal risk and governance through the project lifecycle.
• Act as the lead legal contact for the project and coordinate internal specialists.
