Job summary

SAP Fioneer in London is seeking a Senior Solution Manager to join our global team. You will operate at the intersection of business and AI technology, identifying opportunities, shaping AI-enabled use cases, and driving implementation within core banking processes across accounts, loans, and payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI solution management or similar hybrid roles, preferably in banking/FS.
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions, model configuration, and working with dev teams.
• Understanding of core banking processes and SAP Fioneer Core Banking is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI-based innovation in core banking processes.
• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and collaborate with AI specialists.
• Create demos, build prototypes, and advance them into standard enhancements.
• Lead workshops and coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Act as a communicator between business and technical experts.
• Develop prototypes with AI tools and improve existing agents.
