Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in London is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Architect to lead GenAI engagements from design to production rollout. You will own architecture, guide cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure scalable, secure solutions with measurable business impact.

You will translate complex GenAI concepts for senior stakeholders, build compelling demos, and mentor architects to elevate delivery capability across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise GenAI programs in production.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) or open-weight models.
• Strong architecture and delivery ownership of enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience with RAG design, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical delivery of complex GenAI engagements or major workstreams, from design through production rollout.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across the engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are enterprise-grade: scalable, secure, resilient, performant, and cost-optimized in production.
• Drive delivery governance: architecture decisions, risk management, dependencies, quality gates, blockers.
• Apply and extend engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and accelerators to improve delivery velocity.
• Own technical outcomes and accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and measurable business impact.
