Job summary

the company Ltd, based in Reading, UK, seeks a Senior Consultant in AI & Innovation to lead client engagements across GenAI experimentation and production use cases. You will shape architectures, build intelligent applications, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable and deliver real business value.

Joining our AI & Innovation team, you’ll drive analytics projects, collaborate with Sales and PMO to identify opportunities, and maintain focus on change management, security and client success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft data technologies.
• 5+ years in Professional Services, client-facing.
• Strong understanding of AI, LLM and Data Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering in an agile project delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of analytics projects.
• Identify and shape project scope, manage risks and issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and PMO to identify new opportunities.
• Deliver technical solution designs and architectures for client needs.
• Gather requirements via 1–1 interviews and workshops; define approach.
