Qualifications

• Gas qualifications required for on-site boiler and gas equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant.
• Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant.
• Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group.
• Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract.
• Ensure all gas certification is up to date.
• Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed.
• Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.
